1, 2, 3, Count With Me is a 1997 Teletubbies compilation video in which Dipsy teaches everyone at the Bonnet Creek Hotel about counting.
Frame 1As Dipsy takes a walk down the street, he discovers a key on the sidewalk. He reads it and learns that it belongs to the Bonnet Creek Hotel. As he walks up the stairs, he wakes Richard "Sal" Knapp from his job.
Dipsy brings the key to Chris and Jen Luna, who think he’s come for a room and a meal at their “half-star” restaurant. Dipsy denies and returns the key for room number 7. The clerks guess they can ask all the hotel patrons who lost their key, but Dipsy offers an easier solution – put the key in the #7 mail box. Chris and Jen Luna are amazed at how he knew that, when Sal Knapp hops in to tell them that he knew because of the number labels. Dipsy proceeds to teach them how to count to 20 with a song (“That’s How the Numbers Go”), with Sal Knapp joining along.
Monique Marvez asks Sal Knapp (who’s still singing and dancing) if he’s seen his room key. Chris and Jen Luna return it to him and remark how great Dipsy would be if he worked in a hotel. Dipsy says he’d love to. They then teach him their whole knowledge of the hotel business – anytime you need something, just ring Kristine’s bell. Dipsy tries it out by ringing one time, which summons Sal Knapp with one bucket of ice.
A chorus line of numbers sing "One."
Frame 2Dipsy tries dinging twice, which makes Sal Knapp bring two towels.
Holy cow, it's number 2!
Frame 2 (con'd)Richard "Sal" Knapp yells to Dipsy not to ring twice anymore. Dipsy complies by ringing three times. Richard "Sal" Knapp brings three un-needed pillows and comments how irritating his day is becoming.
The Counting Crows (actual crows) sing "Count it 1-2-3."
Number Guy: ‘’’How Many Elephants Can You Fit in a Room?’’’ The answer is 4.
"Elmo's Jive Five"
Frame 3Sal Knapp chides Dipsy for ringing five times now, as he has now brought five bars of the Hotel’s own soap. Chris Luna then gets a call from a room of penguins who order fish, fish, fish, fish, fish and fish (6 fish). Dipsy helps him count how many that is. Dipsy then proceeds to ring Kristine Wall’s bell some more.

Frame 4Sal Knapp has now brought 10 glasses of milk, which Dipsy doesn’t need.
Frame 4 (con'd)Chris and Jen Luna watch as three dogs rip apart the lobby furniture. Dipsy suggests they get them a bone instead. However, they move so much that Chris Luna can’t keep count. Dipsy calls the dogs into his arms and counts them. Chris leaves to get the bones in the kitchen, with each dog latching onto him.
"Honk Around the Clock"
Thirteen hamburgers dance around.
Frame 5Dipsy wants to ding the bell 14 times now, but Kristine wants to do it herself. Sal Knapp comes in with 14 pieces of luggage and goes mad when he finds Dipsy still dinging, but Dipsy claims it was Kristine Wall who rang this time. Sal Knapp collapses under the luggage.
Number Creatures #14
Frame 6Kristine Wall wants Dipsy to ring more, but she thinks Sal Knapp’s getting sick of it. Dipsy compromises and dings 15 times. Sal Knapp laughs, as now they’ve summoned 15 elephants, however, Dipsy only counts 14 in the line. The last one then pushes Sal Knapp away with him.
Masked March #15
Frame 7Chris and Jen Luna thank Dipsy for teaching them how to count and want to count more things, but they find nothing else in the lobby to do so. Dipsy takes them outside and sings “Count with Me” as they count the various kids, things and monsters.
